1. Attend a training session and document measurable statistics and features that you noticed. Some possible topics include shooting percentages, items that you found challenging, and observations that you saw in play

2. Send to your coach or someone with a greater knowledge of wheelchair basketball than you.

3. Repeat for a month and discuss with your coach
