7-spot layups
Players shoot layups from seven different spots (baseline, 45s, elbow, free throw, and the other side of the key).
Instructions:
A player should decide how many shots they will take for each of the seven spots.
Players should begin at the baseline 3-point line and drive towards the key for a layup until their target number of layups is reached.
Once the target is reached, they can move on to the next spot.
A good time is approximately one minute for every shot (i.e. 5 shots/spot = 5 minute goal)
Load/Unload:
Add/subtract the number of shots per spot.
